Annette Houston
Annette brings over 30 years of hands-on experience in the cleaning industry, from front-line operations right up to CEO level. She holds a Master’s degree in Leadership and Innovation and has a passion for raising standards across the sector.
Annette is an executive board member of the Irish Contract Cleaning Association and also serves on the board of Letterkenny Chamber of Commerce. Her real-world knowledge, combined with her leadership expertise, means learners gain practical, up-to-date training that’s built for success.

Bright Academy
Founded in 2018 by Annette Houston, Bright Academy is part of the FM Services Group which was originally established by Annette’s parents, Fintan and Marie.
We believe that your success in the commercial cleaning industry is based on having the right knowledge and skills at your disposal. We also believe this should be provided at a competitive cost to you/your teams and in a format that is easily accessible.
We have walked our walk in the cleaning industry for over 30 years. We’ve faced the challenges of staying up-to-date with training whilst running a business in an extremely competitive market place. Our experience gained from these challenges as a growing service provider is evident in our courses, and we believe that by making this training relevant, cost and time efficient, we deliver what the industry wants and needs.
