Compliance support: weekly/monthly checks (e.g., fire alarm call-points, emergency lighting function tests, eyewash/showers, housekeeping audits) with logs
Meeting rooms & events: Room layouts and set ups, hospitality set-up/clear-down
Waste & recycling coordination: bin store standards, internal collection points, baler/compactor liaison
Exterior touch-ups: entrance presentation, litter sweeps, light grounds tidy (major works via our managed vendors)
Helpdesk & CAFM (optional): job tickets, priorities, response/resolution tracking, trend reports
